Homemade Tomato Jam

TOMATO JAM at home.
Tangy, sweet with a dash of spice, it’s fast and simple to make. No skinning or boiling or blitzing, just chopping.
The thing I love about this jam is its consistency. Unlike sauce, this has chewy bits of tomatoes that makes it more fun.
All you have to do is deseed and finely chop about a dozen medium size tomatoes, add a tsp of grated ginger, half a tsp of chili flakes, a cup of sugar, squeeze of a lemon, a dash of cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
Lid on and cook it up on medium for about 10 mins.
Reduce the flame and cook till it starts to look like jam. Done!
