MTR’s Masala Idli

Masala Idli from MTR’s wide range of ready mixes with Coconut and Tamarind Chutney from Sasha’s blends😊

A 500 gm packet makes a batch of 12 bouncy, fluffy and super scrummy Idlis. Though the instructions on the packet mention nothing about adding water, I did add a little to get the batter of desired consistency. You’d want to add too.
Pair them with a sweet n sour Coconut and Tamarind Chutney and you have an amuse-bouche in no time.
